Air restrictions around rover, retrieval lander

With the recent change in the way they are going to retrieve the core samples, minus a fetch rover and adding two drone/helicopters. I was wondering how they are going to handle air traffic so to speak around the ascent vehicle. So with no rover to bring the samples back to the lander (realizing that Perserverance can bring some back itself but how many if any at all it will be bringing back remains to be seen)) the helicopters are going to have bring those samples very close to the lander, within it’s robotic arm reach. I think we all know how nasa keeps the present helicopter up there well away from the Perseverance rover because of the risk of crashing into and damaging it. So what’s changed that these fetch helicopters can get extremely close to the ascent rocket ?
